Instinctive was founded by Katie Glen to help businesses and their people reach their true potential.  Katie combines her psychology and advanced hypnosis training with over 15 years corporate experience in employee engagement, performance improvement and marketing.

Having worked with major blue chip companies and household brand names including BT, Vodafone, Ericsson, O2, Unilever, Ferrero, Whitbread and Masterfoods, Katie believes that working smarter is more important than ever for businesses to survive and thrive in the ever changing and challenging corporate environment.

Katie specialises in hypnosis to drive performance improvement within businesses.  Key areas of focus include health, thinking skills and sales confidence improvement.
